بررسی عملکرد سازمان‌بازرسی‌شاهنشاهی در دوره اول حیاتسازمان (1351-1337ش)

تعدد و تکثر نهادهای اطلاعاتی و مراجع نظارتی، از مهم‌ترین ویژگی‌‌های حکومت پهلوی دوم بود که این امر از ترس و نگرانی وی از بروز مخالفت‌های داخلی نشأت میگرفت. بازرسی شاهنشاهی به عنوان یک سازمان اطلاعاتی- امنیتی در نتیجه شرایط داخلی کشور در سال‌‌های پس از کودتای 28 مرداد 1332ش. در اواخر دهۀ سی ایجاد شده و با یک وقفه چند ساله و تأسیس مجدد در 1347ش. تا آخر عمر رژیم پهلوی برقرار بود. حیات این سازمان به دو دوره مشخص تقسیم میشود؛ دوره اول زیرنظر سپهبد یزدانپناه و دوره دوم تحت ریاست ارتشبد حسین فردوست. سازمان در زمان ریاست یزدانپناه (1351-1337ش.) برای اطّلاع از وضعیت داخلی کشور و مبارزه با مشکلاتی چون فساد اداری و کارشکنی مقامات، نظارت بر فعالیت دیگر نهادهای امنیتی به فعالیت پرداخت و گزارش‌های زیادی تهیه نمود؛ ولی در ن‌هایت سودمندی زیادی برای حکومت پهلوی نداشت و نتوانست آرزو‌های محمدرضاشاه را برآورده کند. بر این مبنا پژوهش حاضر میکوشد با استفاده از روش تحلیل تاریخی، و بر پایه منابع اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای عملکرد (اقدامات و حوزه فعالیت) سازمان بازرسی شاهنشاهی و نتایج و پیامد‌های آن در دوره اول را بررسی کند.
